What to tell us when you call.
None of this has to be exact. A few plain details let us give a straighter answer on the first conversation.
- The pool
- Above ground, wood, or another kind, and the make if you know it: Kayak, Hendon, Olympic or Wilkes.
- What it is doing
- A liner that has faded, wrinkled or torn. A wall that is rusting through or bowing. A filter, pump or heater that has quit. Water where it should not be.
- Size and shape
- Round, oval or rectangular, and a rough width and length if you have them handy.
- How long
- Whether it just started or has been getting worse for a season or two.
